General Returns We are happy to accept your return and will refund your credit card for the amount of the items purchased if you: Return the following items UNOPENED: CDs, DVDs, video and music cassettes, software. We will also gladly take back new Bibles, books, and prints in their original condition. Include your packing slip and/or order number. Return your items within 30 days of delivery date.
