Dr. John C. Hagee is the founder and Senior Pastor of Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas, a non-denominational evangelical church with more than 17,000 active members.

Dr. Hagee is the President and C.E.O. of Global Evangelism Television which telecasts his national radio and television ministry carried in America on 120 full power T.V. stations, 110 radio stations, three networks and can be seen weekly in over 92 million homes. John Hagee Ministries is also from coast to coast in Canada in prime time on the Vision Network, in most Third World nations, in Africa, and in Europe.

Dr. Hagee is married to Diana Castro Hagee and they are blessed with five children, Tish, Christopher, Christina, Matthew and Sandy.

Dr. Hagee attended Trinity University on a football scholarship and was on the Academic Dean's List. He graduated with a B.S. in 1964. He also attended North Texas State University where he received his Masters Degree in 1966. In 1989 he received his Honorary Doctorate from Oral Roberts University. His theological training came at Southwestern Bible Institute near Dallas where he was President of his class and a member of the College Concert Choir.

He is the author of many books. The The Beginning of the End was a run-away best-seller on the New York Times Best Seller List and the #1 book in America in 1996 in the CBA non-fiction division. Day of Deception also made the New York Times Best Seller List. Another book, Final Dawn Over Jerusalem was released by Thomas Nelson Publishers in February 1998 and by April was listed as the #1 book on the Best Seller List.

Other books include His Glory Revealed, a devotional centered around the Feasts of the Lord, and another prophecy book From Daniel to Doomsday which was released July 1999. He released God's Two-Minute Warning, in April of 2000, followed by his major prophetic book entitled The Revelation of Truth, which was released in July of 2000. Battle For Jerusalem was released in March of 2001, followed by a fiction novel entitled, Devil's Island, which was also released in 2001. Avenger of Blood is his most recent fictional novel that is rapidly climbing the CBA Best Seller List and is currently at #5. All of these books are published by Thomas Nelson Publishers.

The John Hagee Family Singers have released three major recording projects in the last two years and is currently working on their fourth. They have performed at the National Quartet Convention as well as other major concert halls and arenas across America and Canada.

Pastor Hagee was given the "Humanitarian of the Year" award by the San Antonio B'Nai B'Rith Council. It was the first time in the history of San Antonio that this award has been given to a gentile. Dr. Hagee was presented the ZOA Israel Award by U.N. Ambassador Jean Kirkpatrick. This award was given by the Jewish Community of Dallas, Texas. He was presented the ZOA Service Award by Gov. Mark White. Mayor Kathy Whitmire issued a special proclamation in his honor declaring Pastor John C. Hagee Day in Houston, Texas. Dr. Hagee has been to Israel 20 times and has met with every Prime Minister since Menechim Begin. John Hagee Ministries has given more than $3.7 million to bring Soviet Jews from the former Soviet Union to Israel.

Dr. Hagee has served on the Oral Roberts University Board of Regents since 1989.
