All in-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (EST).

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

How we calculate shipping rates
We use an algorithm to calculate shipping rates based on shipping origin, shipping destination and package weight. If you feel that a shipping charge is excessive for the distance or product shipped, please contact us prior to placing your order and we can investigate the cause of the excessive shipping charge. Though infrequent, we do occasionally have products with an incorrect product weight, which leads to inflated shipping charges. In these scenarios, we are happy to correct the weight before the order is placed.
If your order cannot ship completely at the time of purchase, we generally ship what is immediately available then hold all other items until they can ship together to reduce the total number of shipments. If you have questions regarding your backordered items, please contact us.
At this time, we do not ship online orders internationally. For international orders, please contact us.
Generally, in-stock orders placed before 12:00pm EST ship the same business day.
When package tracking information becomes available, we will attach it to the order detail screen in your account. If you believe your order is missing tracking information or that the tracking information is incorrect, please contact us.
