A Town Called Ruby Prairie

Newly widowed and without children of her own, Charlotte Carter made a momentous decision: she would open a small home for troubled girls. She had the time, the resources and the ideal place in a sweet little town called Ruby Prairie. With dogged independence and her cat Snowball, Charlotte moved to Ruby Prairie and set her plan in motion. Soon, she had a houseful of needy girls and a minor disaster brewing. Charlotte had a lot to learn about the folks of Ruby Prairie. From the endearing codgers who hung out at the Round the Clock Cafi, to the lovable meddlers of the Women's Culture Club, the good citizens of Ruby Prairie wanted their voices heard loud and clear.
