Straight up rock and roll comprises the first project from dc Talk's Michael Tait, along with his new band, appropriately called TAIT. Featuring Pete Stewart (former solo artist and lead singer for Grammatrain) on guitar, and brothers Lonnie and Chad Chapin on drums and bass. Empty is comprised of twelve songs that cover topics like losing three of Michael's family members ("Unglued"), spending more time with God ("Bonded"), feeling spiritually deprived ("All You Got"), racism ("American Tragedy"), and being sold out for Jesus ("Carried Away").
