Electronic-books (hence the 'e' in eBooks) provide an easy and simple way to read all your favorite books and take them with you wherever you go - without injuring your shoulder or incurring back pain or the wrath of your traveling companions. Heavy book bags and overloaded backpacks are passé. So, whether you're new to the world of eBooks or a seasoned eBook shopper, just follow these 3 easy steps to an incredible eBook shopping experience.

Search for a title the same way you would for any other book and look for 'eBook' as the format.

Q. Why are there eBooks on other sites that I don't see available here?
A. There are certain restrictions that we are currently limited by: taxes, regional limitations, etc. We will be working through these in the next couple of months and you will see our eBook offerings continue to grow exponentially. Check back frequently to see what we've added.
Q. Can I request certain books that aren't currently available?
A. We would love to hear what books you'd like to have available on our site. Please click here to let us know the titles and authors that you want us to add. We will take your requests into account as we are prioritizing additions to our site.

Q. Do I need an account to buy eBooks from you?
A. No. You can purchase eBooks from our site without having to login or provide us usernames and passwords. Find the eBook you want, purchase it, and download it to your computer. From there, it's yours to move about on your computers and devices as needed.
Q. Why can't I purchase more than one book at a time?
A. This is a current limitation of the eBook process. Check back as we continue to add new features to our eBook site.
Q. Can I return an eBook?
A. No. eBooks are non-returnable. But, they won't collect dust or require a trip to Goodwill either.

NOTE: Before you can start enjoying your new, riveting eBook make sure that you have downloaded the proper free software from step 0.
Open Adobe® Digital Editions and import your downloaded book into your library and begin reading from your computer or copy the book onto your device (For more instructions click here).
If downloading from your Apple device (iPhone, iPad) or Android, it will automatically open in your Bluefire app or other eBook reader app.

Q. How many times can I download an eBook?
A. You can download the files from us 5 times! Is that a deal or what? If you run into the situation where you need to download it more than five times and our system is preventing you from doing it again, please contact customer service and we'll help you.
Q. What if I lose the link to my download?
A. The email we send to you will have the link to download the file. If you've lost your email, please contact customer service and we'll help you get your book again.
Q. How many devices/computers can I put one book on?
A. You can move it onto as many devices as you want. The only restriction is that the reader you're using to enjoy your book is authorized with the same Adobe ID.
Q. Where on my computer will the file download to?
A. If you're using a PC, they will save in a folder named Digital Editions in your My Documents folder. If you're using a Mac, they will be in your Documents Folder in the Digital Editions folder.
