Customer Service Specialist
The Parable Group has 2 part-time customer service positions available.
Responsible for providing customer service to Parable partner stores, Parable.com customers
and performs tasks to support e-commerce and digital promotions.
Provides effective communication and service to our Parable retail partners and Parable.com
customers by responding to inquiries/orders and/or complaints, trouble-shooting issues, investigation solutions,
determining and initiating follow-up actions, and appropriately responding to customers. Works with retailers to
determine their needs, strategize on marketing and promotions, and proactively use tracking tools to sell promotions,
products and retail services offered by Parable. Trains new partner retailers on Parable services and programs.
Works in a team environment to oversee the daily tasks needed to keep the department running smoothly.
Education and or Experience:
College or 2+ years' experience in sales or customer service in a retail or business
environment. College degree or combination of education and experience will be considered.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Communication, technical, organizational, detail oriented. Type 40 wpm. Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
applications such as Excel, Outlook, as well as basic knowledge of Internet technology.
