Oasis provides affordable books and Bibles on a sustainable basis in Africa, where economic poverty is pervasive and the Church is thirsty for truth.
There are 200 million Christians in Africa without a Bible. Tens of thousands of leaders are ministering in churches with few or no books to equip them.
Oasis’ vision is to annually distribute 1 million Bibles and 750,000 books on a sustainable basis.
Oasis concentrates on those areas that have the greatest shortage of Christian literature and Bibles. Currently, Oasis works in 15 nations of Africa where English is the national language or
a major trade language. In these areas, the Church is experiencing significant growth yet printed resources are scarce.
