Return Policy

1. General Returns

We are happy to accept your return and will refund your credit card for the amount of the items purchased if you:

  • Return the following items UNOPENED: CDs, DVDs, video and software. We will also gladly take back new Bibles, books, and prints in their original condition.
  • Include your packing slip and/or order number.
  • Return your items within 30 days of delivery date.

Simply pack the product securely with the packing slip and ship to:

NOTE: Original and return shipping costs will not be refunded. We cannot return nonqualifying items to you.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify the Customer Service Department and we will replace or refund your order right away.
