Zondervan guarantees leather Bibles unconditionally against manufacturing defects for a lifetime and hardcover, softcover, and Leather-Look Bibles for four years. This guarantee does not apply to normal wear.
We suggest loosening the binding of your new Bible by gently pressing on a small section of pages at a time from the center. To ensure against breakage of the spine, it is best not to bend the cover backward around the spine or to carry study notes, church bulletins, pens, etc., inside the cover. Since a felt-tipped marker will “bleed” through the pages, we recommend use of a ball-point pen or pencil to underline favorite passages. Your Bible should not be exposed to excessive heat, cold, or humidity. Protecting the gold or silver edges of the paper from moisture will avoid spotting, streaking, or fading.

For hardcover Bibles:
Guarantee: If this Bible should prove unsatisfactory due to manufacturing defects, it may be returned for free replacement within five years of the date of purchase. Call Thomas Nelson Publishers, Customer Service, at 1-800-251-4000. If the same Bible is no longer available, it will be replaced with a Bible of the same or greater value.
For leatherflex Bibles:
Guarantee: If this Bible should prove unsatisfactory due to manufacturing defects, it may be returned for free replacement within one year of date of purchase. Call Thomas Nelson Publishers, Customer Service, at 1-800-251-4000. If the same Bible is no longer available, it will be replaced with a Bible of the same or greater value.
There is no guarantee for flushcut Bibles.
Tyndale Publishers:
Our Bibles are 100% guaranteed for defective or damaged items. Normal wear and tear is not covered. We will send out replacement copies to individuals. For bookstores, we will either send replacement copies or issue credit per their preference. If the item is O/P, we will substitute a comparable replacement Bible.
Broadman & Holman Publishers:
Holman Leather Bibles are guaranteed to last a lifetime. If any Holman bonded or genuine leather Bible is defective or falls apart, holman will replace it with a comparable Bible free of charge. Simply provide your customer with a replacement bible, return the defective Bible to Holman, and we will send you a replacement copy for your stock.
