There are a lot of CDs that impact the lives of people. A certain song may speak to someone and change the course of their existence. But the debut from Press Play promises to change lives in an entirely different way. The members of Press Play give their time to the vision of The Dream Center, a non-profit outreach dedicated to helping ginner-cites across the US. Their motto is “Find a need and fill it; find a hurt and heal it.” That approach to ministry and music has been the catalyst to meeting both tangible and spiritual needs of former prostitutes, gang members, drug dealers and more. Press Play is the worship band for both the New Your City and Los Angels Dream Centers, with LA being their home base. All proceeds from LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL will go directly to the work of the Dream Center, providing basic needs as well as rehabilitation, education, job training, and more through the Dream Center’s 273 ministries. Press Play is driven by the vocal and songwriting vision of David Hanley. Hanley’s musical leadership is complemented by a striking array of emerging young talents, including vocalist Paige Adkins (daughter of comedian Sinbad) and guitar-slinger Tyler Logan. Brought together by a common passion for music, Press Play has exploded into a multimedia experience onstage. Press Play’s debut project, Life Is Beautiful, contains guest performances by Darlene Zschech (Hillsong), IROCC, and Tyler Williams (Everybody Hates Chris). From its home-base in a Los Angeles auditorium equipped with line-array speakers, 52-foot panoramic screen and LED stage panels, Press Play performs for thousands of individuals from all walks of life each week. Captivating fans with dynamic and heartfelt songs, Press Play presents a collection of synth pop and guitar driven tunes in Life is Beautiful.
