How do I check out and purchase the item(s) I have selected?

1. Simply click “buy” (or “preorder”). This will place the item into your shopping basket and allow you the opportunity to change the quantities or remove items from your shopping basket.
2. If you are ready to complete your transaction click “check out.”
3. Once you arrive at Checkout, enter the requested information on each page and click “continue” to advance to the next page.
4. On the final check out page after entering your credit card information, simply click “complete my order” to process your order (an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you).

How do I return an item?

No Problem! Simply ship the item(s) to the following address, and we will issue a credit to your credit card for the purchase amount of the item, as well as the return shipping charges. We won’t ask why. Read more about our Absolute Guarantee here. Return your items to this address:

Do you carry Accompaniment tapes?

Absolutely.

1. Type the title of the song in the search field on our website. (Example: Amazing Grace)
2. Choose "title" in the drop down menu.
3. Click "Go."

If you would like to browse our entire selection of accompaniment tapes, go to our “Browse” box and click on “Music.” Then, on the next page, accompaniment should be at the top of the list. Click that and browse to your heart’s content.

Do you offer Gift Certificates online?

Unfortunately we do not have the ability for you to purchase a gift certificate online to give to someone else. However, we do plan to offer them in the future.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally using DHL Worldmail as our carrier.

What are the charges for shipping and handling?

Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail is $3.00 per shipment plus $0.95 per item. Average transit time for this method of shipping is 2-4 business days. Click here to view all shipping options, charges, and transit times.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Usually between 4-7 business days from when you place your order. But, arrival times vary depending upon the shipping method you have chosen. Click here to view transit times.

Do you offer payment options other than credit/debit cards?

Credit / Debit cards are the only method of payment we currently offer. If you prefer to purchase with cash or check, call 1-800-493-7539
